These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SmartWeb AI Agents™ services, operated by HIPROS Solutions® ("we", "us"). By engaging our services or using this website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

SmartWeb AI Agents™ provides AI automation build services including, but not limited to, voice agents, chatbots, sales agents, appointment schedulers, and reputation management systems. All deliverables are custom-built and are scoped through individual project agreements.

2. Payment & Refunds

Payment terms, milestones, and amounts are agreed upon per project. Setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. Ongoing retainer plans may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. We do not offer refunds on completed or partially completed work.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely access to required accounts (e.g., GoHighLevel, phone numbers), and prompt feedback. Delays caused by the client may affect delivery timelines and are not the responsibility of SmartWeb AI Agents™.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the deliverables we build for you. HIPROS Solutions® retains rights to methodologies, frameworks, and proprietary systems used in the build. We may list your project as a case study (with permission) or reference your company as a client.

5. Third-Party Platforms

Our services depend on third-party platforms including GoHighLevel and Claude AI (Anthropic). We are not responsible for downtime, policy changes, or service disruptions caused by these platforms.

6. Limitation of Liability

SmartWeb AI Agents™ and HIPROS Solutions® shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved in good faith through direct communication before pursuing any legal remedy.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
